Havik provides race strategy recommendations based on weather forecasts and physiological models. These are informational tools, not medical or safety advice. Weather conditions can change unpredictably. You are solely responsible for your race-day decisions and safety.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of predictions, or uninterrupted availability.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Havik and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to injury, race performance outcomes, or data loss.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code on Havik is our property or used under license. Your uploaded data (GPX files, analysis results) remains yours. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data for the purpose of providing the service.
